We are honored to participate with the vibrant, brilliant Dr. Ruthy Alon in a community building - advanced training held at the beautiful University of New England, in Biddeford Maine.

An inspiring Ruthy Alon, Ph.D  

More than forty students from around the world: Turkey, Japan, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Europe and the United States came together to study with their mentor Ruthy Alon, founder of Movement Intelligence. Ruthy has titled this comprehensive training- 'Solutions for Optimal Mobility'.

Ruthy Alon has devised original and innovative processes to address issues of posture, equilibrium, balance, pelvic floor, facial expression and squatting. These processes are regenerative, leading to a more youthful, energetic and healthy self.

The training took place in the inspiring natural setting of Biddeford, Maine.
