Walk for Life in Brooklyn After Snow Storm
Walk for Life Program
Walking with trekking poles keeps you balanced and safe in the snow.
So much fun and people noticing, look amazed!
They're slipping and sliding and you're gliding.
This blog will provide global updates on the "Movement Intelligence" training system. Developed by Dr. Ruthy Alon, and based on Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais’ approach to somatic learning. The program is dedicated to dynamic postural re-education and mind-body suppleness. Ruthy Alon herself has become an inspiration and mentor to students in over 30 countries. There are five branches to the program: Bones For Life, Chairs, Walk For Life, Mindful Eating and Solutions for Optimal Mobility.
